Susana Marín Coe-Archer has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working with international brands such as Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, and Wyndham, and leading the openings of five independent hotels. She has served as General Manager in prestigious hotels (Hotel Pulitzer, Casa Camper, Hotel Almanac, among others) and excels in Operations, Sales, and Quality Management. She founded Archer & Co to offer consulting, training, and coaching, helping leaders build strong organizational cultures and engaged teams. She holds a degree in Hotel Management, a master’s in the same field from the University of Houston (USA), and is a CTI-certified Coach, with training in Leadership and Effective Communication from the Ritz Carlton Leadership Institute and the Communication Institute.
Pep Miró is a passionate hotelier with more than 20 years of experience in luxury brands such as The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott. A specialist in Food and Beverages, he has led openings in Asia and the Middle East, as Director of Operations in restaurants in Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. Focused on authenticity and details, Pep always strives for excellence in gastronomic experiences. She has a master’s degree in Hotel Management and training in oenology.
